Jim has spent his entire career in the electrical industry, and is the author of "SPEX - A Lighting Specifier's Guide to Increasing Productivity and Preserving Design Integrity" and numerous white papers. He is a frequent speaker on lighting and related issues, and was a speaker at Lightfair in 1999.
